Welcome To The
Pronunciation Resources Page
Here you will find some exercises to help you learn to speak
some of the harder and often confused English consonants and
vowels.
Note: These exercises are from a North American accent. I am
from Pennsylvania in the U.S. As you well know, English
pronunciation is different among English speaking
countries.
I included this on my site, because I know the frustration
you can experience with some of the sounds that are similar and
those that are difficult to pronounce.
It was only after I started studying linguistics in Dallas,
Texas that I started applying pronunciation practice to my
studies.
It made a huge difference in my ability to pronounce the
languages I was studying.
I hope these exercises help you with English as much as they
helped me.
